What is Podio?

Why do I need to use Podio to use the Seller Leads CRM Workspace?

The Seller Leads CRM Workspace is specifically built on top of Podio, allowing us to utilize the functionality of this collaboration service to create uniquely designed workspaces to fit your every need.

Can the workspace be used in other Project Management Sites?

Since the architecture of the SLC Workspace relies on the structure functionalities of Podio, we do not have the capabilities to export it to another Project Management Site. What we can do is to integrate your existing web apps and software to Podio to automate them and sync with your workspace.

Do I have to pay for Podio to get the Seller Leads CRM Workspace?

Like most Project Management Sites, Podio has several subscription packages. To use SLC Workspace, you will need Podio Premium and a Globiflow Gold Plan.

Can I sign-up for CallRail/RingCentral/Aircall/Vumber through Seller Leads CRM?

We can do the setup for you under your name for an additional fee. However, the management of the accounts will still fall under your care.

Do I need to subscribe separately to Globiflow to get the SLC Workspace?

If your Podio Premium Plan includes 5 users, then Globiflow Gold will be a part of your Podio plan. If you have less than 5 users, you would need to upgrade your Globiflow plan separately.

Do you offer Free Trials?

We do not have Free Trials since each workspace is built specifically into your Podio account. What we have is a demo site for you to play around with so you can test the apps for yourself.

Is there a monthly subscription plan for the SLC Workspace?

As of now, we only offer the SLC Workspace with a one-time set-up fee. You can always check back here for updates.

What is the difference between a Starter Workspace and a Premium Workspace?

The Starter Workspace is our Standard Package so you can manage your business quickly upon set-up.

With the Premium Workspace, you get additional features to integrate your Investor Carrot website to your SLC Workspace, making it your fully integrated CRM. You can have your contracts signed digitally via RightSignature. RightSignature is embedded directly in your workspace to work seamlessly with your apps. You also get a one-on-one training session.

How does a training work?

You can purchase a training as an add-on or get the training as part of the premium package. You can both use it as a one-on-one training or as a training for your team. Some clients prefer to use the time to go through the workspace and apps whereas other clients have already spent time getting to know the setup. For those clients, time is spent helping them take their workspace to the next level – whether that is answering a list of questions, making customizations or teaching them how to use Podio and/or Globiflow as a pro-user.

Can I edit the SLC Workspace on my own?

The option is always there with Podio or Globiflow. However, unless you are a pro-user we always recommend that you refer the customization to us to ensure that all the existing system design will be updated with the new changes. What type of support do you provide with the SLC Workspace?

We will provide the SLC Workspace to you fully functioning and integrated with your apps of choice. We also have FAQs in our website as your reference. For additional support, we offer an hourly support package (min. of 4 hours) for any redesign or additional custom work. We have a 1:1 training session available to introduce you to Podio as it relates to your use of the SLC Workspace. We also have our training video available on Youtube. The basics of Podio usage is also covered in this session.

How do I deactivate the workspace?

You don’t need to deactivate your workspace with us as you do not pay for your workspace as a subscription. However, if you no longer use Podio and Globiflow, you can downgrade directly on their sites.

I don’t need all the apps in the pack, can I just get specific apps?

Can I send contracts via the workspace? How does that work?

We can duplicate your contract (offer or assignment) so you can create and send contracts via email with the click of a button. We can also set up contracts for you in Rightsignature to be digitally signed by a seller or a buyer.

The SLC Workspace includes HTML coding of two contracts with a simple layout of a max of two pages each. We are more than happy to code multiple page and/or complex contracts for an additional price of $45 per page.

Certain contracts are hard or impossible to recreate. However, we can upload them directly to Rightsignature so it is still possible for you to easily create and send your contracts from your Podio workspace. Complex contracts include contracts with checkboxes and contracts with a complex layout, such as many columns and/or boxes

What type of support do you offer?

When you purchase a starter workspace or a premium workspace, you get support hours included for the first 30 days. For a starter workspace, that is 3 hours of support and for a premium workspace, you get 6 hours of support.
