Can I feed calls into Podio with the SLC Workspace?

Yes. We provide an integration to CallRail that feeds in all calls to Podio. We can also provide integrations to other phone systems as an add-on.

When a call comes in, Podio creates the call in this app and then checks to see if a lead already exists with this phone number. If a lead does exist, Podio will attach the call to the existing lead. If a lead does not exist with this phone number, Podio will create a new lead and then attach the call.

If you are looking to integrate to other systems such as Aircall.io, or if you are looking for the ability to pick up incoming calls and place outbound calls from Podio, let us know. We can build this custom for you!

Can I track my marketing campaigns with the SLC Workspace?

Yes. You can use the Campaigns App to track the success of your marketing campaigns. When a call comes into Podio, it will attach the call (and the lead the call created) to the correct marketing campaign based on the tracking number called.

The app will automatically calculate the cost per lead for each of your campaigns and it’s easy to create new campaigns when needed.

How do I manage my Leads with the SLC Workspace?

To manage your leads, the Seller Leads App is the main app that you and your team will be working from. Leads are created automatically in this app via the Incoming Calls app. Leads can also be manually created.

When the leads come in, they are automatically attached to the corresponding Marketing Campaign, that is the campaign for the phone number they called in on such as Probate or Bandit Signs. That way you can track the ROI on your campaigns. See Campaigns App for more.

All relevant information about the lead and their property is saved in this app. From their contact details, motivation level to comps. Most importantly however are the status field, next action field and communication features. These allow you to see exactly where the lead is at in your pipeline, what your action is, and even email or text the lead directly from Podio.

Feature Overview:

  • Integrates with the incoming calls app to auto-create leads
  • Automatically links leads to the correct marketing campaign, such as Probate or Bandit Signs
  • Integrates with Google Maps to display the address in a map and to pull in an image of the property via Google Streetview
  • Auto-creates a direct link to the property in Zillow so you can quickly pull comps and other information on the property
  • Mark leads for follow up to have them automatically show up for follow up on the relevant date

How do I manage appointments in the SLC Workspace?

The Appointments App helps you manage your Appointments with your Leads as well as your team. Appointments are auto-created in this app via the Seller Leads App, but can also be created manually.

When an appointment is created, a confirmation email and text is sent to the lead as well as the person on your team going on the appointment. Reminders are sent out a day before and an hour before the appointment to both the lead and the person on your team going on the appointment. No more forgetting appointments!

Feature Overview:

  • Integrates with the Seller Leads App
  • Automatically pulls in the relevant information from the lead such as their name, phone number end the property address
  • Displays the address on a map
  • Can integrate with external calendars such a Google calendar. This integration will feed all appointments into the external calendar.
  • Reminder emails and texts will be sent to both the seller and the person going on the appointment the day of the appointment.

Can I send the SLC Workspace to send out offers?

The Offer App makes it easy for you to send out custom contracts with the click of a button. It also includes reports for you to see how many offers have been sent out, accepted, and declined for a given time period.

The SLC Workspace includes HTML coding of two contracts with a simple layout of a max of two pages each. We are more than happy to code multiple page and/or complex contracts for an additional price of $45 per page.

Can I manage purchased properties and create assignment contracts with the SLC Workspace?

Yes. The Whiteboard App makes it possible for you to get an overview of all the properties you have under contract whether you are currently marketing them to buyers, rehabbing them, or renting them out.

With the click of a button, you can also send out custom assignment contracts. Simply choose a cash buyer in your cash buyer app, click create and then send. Off it goes!

The SLC Workspace includes HTML coding of simple, one-page contracts. We are more than happy to code multiple page and/or complex contracts for an additional price. See Add Ons.

Can I use the SLC Workspace to manage my cash buyers?

Yes. The Cash Buyers App is a database of your cash buyer contacts. It is possible to integrate this to your MailChimp account to make it easy to add contacts to your Cash Buyers list.

Can I manage Rehabs using the SLC Workspace?

You can use the Rehab App to manage all your properties that are undergoing rehabilitation. You can include your budget for each of the property as well as all the other information you need to quickly and efficiently manage the ongoing work for your properties.

Can I send out mass emails or text to buyers?

Yes. As a new feature in our Premium Workspace, we now have the Deals App to text or email deals to your buyers.

The email can be templated so that you can create a well-designed marketing email for specific properties with a click-of-a-button. These emails can also be sent out ad hoc to one or just a handful of buyers or sellers.  

Templated mass texting is also possible, however the texts are plain text as no images can be sent.

 

**Be aware that there are specific laws for mass emailing and texting, and you are responsible for upholding the law when marketing to your contact list.

Sending emails via Globiflow cost Globiflow actions. You have a max action limit per hour and per month depending on your Globiflow plan.

Can I feed leads in from my Investor Carrot website?

Yes. The Investor Carrot App in the Premium Workspace is built to work with your Investor Carrot website. When you receive new entries through the forms on your website, whether they are sellers or buyers, these leads will feed directly into Podio.

If you wish to have Podio work with forms from a non-Investor Carrot website, this is a possible customization. Contact sales@sellerleadscrm.com for pricing.

What other Add-On services are available?

In addition to the Seller Leads CRM Workspace package, there are add-ons that you can purchase:

  • One-on-One Training: We offer one-on-one training and consultation for your workspace. 1h is $125 and includes a full walk through of all features and consultation on how to tailor your workspace to your specific business. (This add-on comes with the Premium Package for free)
  • Customization: If you wish to customize the setup, you can always request changes upfront. Please email sales@sellerleadscrm.com for more information.
  • HTML Coding of Contracts: As a part of the package, we can setup your contracts in HTML so the layout is perfect when you create the custom from the offer or whiteboard app. Each additional page after the first is $50.
  • MailChimp Integration: All apps can be integrated to MailChimp via Newslettersync. Newslettersync is free to integrate with one app. It’s $9 a month thereafter. We will setup up Newslettersync for free for up to 3 apps for you.
